Eros Bodyworks will begin franchising in October 2026, taking a resort-inspired wellness brand built in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida, to new communities across the United States. The company has spent considerable time developing the systems, standards, and brand infrastructure needed to support expansion into as many as 400 markets.
Founded by Jaime Gonzales and Kurt Stradtman, Eros Bodyworks started with a simple observation: much of the traditional spa industry wasn’t really designed with men in mind. The two brought complementary backgrounds. Gonzales had experience as a massage therapist and a vision for a more welcoming approach to bodywork. Stradtman brought a background in functional and integrative health, skincare, and marketing.

That combination led to a brand that combines massage therapy, advanced skincare, and integrative health within an environment described as elevated, approachable, and highly personalized. The company says everything from the atmosphere to the way providers interact with guests is intentionally designed to feel more like hospitality than a traditional day spa.
Eros Bodyworks serves guests who value wellness, self-care, and a higher level of personalized service. While the brand was designed with men in mind, it welcomes everyone and serves both men and women across a wide range of ages and lifestyles. Many guests are busy professionals who want massage therapy and advanced skincare to become part of their regular routine rather than something they seek out occasionally. The company also serves many men who may not have traditionally felt the spa and wellness industry was designed for them.
“When Kurt and I started Eros Bodyworks, we weren’t interested in creating another version of what already existed. We wanted to build something with its own identity and a different perspective on what wellness could look and feel like. As we grow, especially now through franchising, the goal is to protect what made Eros Bodyworks special in the first place while continuing to evolve it. I want someone to walk into an Eros Bodyworks anywhere in the country someday and immediately recognize the feeling, the hospitality, and the level of care behind the name.”
. Jaime Gonzales, Co-Founder, Eros Bodyworks
The company has grown from an idea into an established wellness brand serving the Orlando and Winter Park communities. It has expanded to two locations, built an extensive and loyal guest base, and broadened its services from massage therapy into advanced skincare and integrative health. Eros Bodyworks has also continued investing in the guest experience as the brand has evolved.
As it has grown, the company has seen elements of what it does begin to appear elsewhere. Gonzales said Eros Bodyworks views that as a sign that some of the ideas it introduced are resonating. But he added that a brand is much more than a service, a phrase, or an aesthetic that can be replicated. Eros Bodyworks is the culmination of its providers, standards, culture, guest experience, and the philosophy behind why it was created.
“We believe there is room for many great spas and wellness businesses,” Gonzales said. “What matters is understanding what makes your brand uniquely yours and having the confidence to stay true to it.”
He also said the company does not believe success requires taking something away from another spa. “There is plenty of room in this industry for different concepts to succeed. Our focus is simply on continuing to define what Eros Bodyworks means and giving guests a reason to choose us.”
Perhaps most importantly, the company says it has been able to grow while staying true to the philosophy Eros Bodyworks was founded on: providers and people before profits, personalized care, and a level of hospitality that keeps guests choosing to return.
