Most 21-year-olds are figuring out their first internship. Kayden Gordon is running a syndicated radio show that airs on over 250 stations worldwide.
The Massachusetts native launched The Kayden Gordon Show when he was just 14, broadcasting from his hometown of Winchendon while still in high school. Five years later, the two-hour program blends current country hits with classics and has become known for intimate artist interviews that go beyond the typical promotional circuit.
Gordon’s guest list reads like a country music festival lineup: Gary LeVox from Rascal Flatts, Sara Evans, Niko Moon, and Parmalee have all sat down for conversations. But the show’s real differentiator is its commitment to emerging talent. Rising artists like Drew Baldridge, Tenille Arts, and Allie Colleen share airtime with established names, and Gordon treats both with the same depth of preparation.
From Teenage Dream to Industry Recognition
The trajectory has been steep. In 2023, Gordon was named Station of the Year by the Fair Play Country Media Awards. He followed that with Radio Station of the Year from Who’s Hoo Country Music Awards in 2024, and Gold Radio Station of the Year from the International Singer Songwriters Association in 2025.

Beyond his country music radio programming, Gordon has built KJG Media & Promotions, which handles radio distribution for over 300 artists to a network of more than 10,000 stations. The company also offers social media marketing and website development, essentially providing independent artists with the infrastructure typically reserved for major label talent.
Gordon has broadcast from CMA Fest, Country Radio Seminar, and Sunday Mornin’ Country at the Grand Ole Opry House. He also produces The Country Minute with Kayden Gordon, a news segment that delivers industry updates in under 60 seconds.
Balancing School, Business, and Broadcasting
Currently a senior Communications major at Worcester State University, Gordon manages his academic workload alongside his media company and broadcasting schedule. His work has been featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine, Nashville Country Music Magazine, and Bold Journey Magazine.

What started as a teenager listening to Boston’s WKLB country station and dreaming about radio has evolved into a platform that serves both fans and artists. The show doesn’t just play music—it creates connection points between listeners and the people making the songs.
“To look back and realize this started five years ago with just a spark and a microphone is incredible,” Gordon reflects. “I’ve been honored to share conversations with so many inspiring artists and to give them a platform to tell their stories. I think that’s what keeps listeners coming back—it’s personal, real, and from the heart.”
For artists looking for radio promotion and syndication services, or fans wanting to catch up on the latest interviews, the show’s episodes and segments are available online. When he’s not behind the microphone, Gordon spends time songwriting, visiting Nashville, and hanging out with his Goldendoodle, Scout.
