A 3,000-square-foot all-white studio space in Jacksonville has become a magnet for major production companies and creative professionals, drawing interest from the NFL Network, Netflix documentary producers, and political campaign teams since opening in 2022.
Luxury Point Studio, founded by award-winning photographer Felicia Anderson, represents a new breed of creative spaces designed specifically for the demands of modern content production. The studio features 16-foot ceilings, a cyclorama wall, and arched architecture that creates an editorial-ready environment for photographers, videographers, and brands.
The rapid growth of the business underscores the demand for such spaces in Jacksonville. After outgrowing its original 800-square-foot location in just 18 months, the studio expanded to its current size to accommodate increasing bookings from both local creatives and national production teams.
“I wanted something that didn’t exist in Jacksonville—a space that felt editorial, fresh, luxurious, and flexible,” says Felicia Anderson, who operates professionally as Felicia V. Photography. “Every inch of Luxury Point Studio was designed with intentionality, so creatives could show up and feel instantly inspired.”
The studio’s all-white interior serves as a blank canvas that eliminates visual distractions while maximizing the impact of natural light. Between 8:30 and 11:45 AM, the space transforms as sunlight streams through the windows, creating what photographers describe as ideal conditions for capturing high-end imagery.
Anderson’s path to studio ownership began through real estate investment. While building a portfolio of Airbnb properties, she recognized a gap in Jacksonville’s creative infrastructure. Unable to find spaces that matched her aesthetic vision and professional requirements, she decided to create one herself.
“Investing in Airbnb properties taught me the power of intentional design. I fell in love with curating spaces that feel like a vibe. So when I created Luxury Point, I merged both worlds—my eye for high-end/luxury decor and beauty along with my passion for entrepreneurship,” Anderson explains.
The Jacksonville studio comes fully equipped with professional amenities including onsite dressing rooms, vanity stations, and curated furniture pieces. An online booking system allows creatives to reserve the space within minutes, streamlining the rental process for projects ranging from brand photoshoots to music videos.
Beyond individual rentals, the studio offers monthly content subscriptions for brands and photographers requiring consistent access to professional space. Anderson also hosts editorial shoot nights, portfolio-building sessions, and creative meetups designed to foster collaboration within Jacksonville’s artistic community.
Client testimonials highlight the studio’s impact on local creative work. “The second I walked into Luxury Point, I knew my brand shoot would be elevated. The space feels like it belongs in New York or L.A. but it’s right here in Jacksonville. It’s a game-changer,” notes Ashley M., a brand strategist who recently used the space.
Photographer Danielle R. emphasizes the studio’s broader significance: “Felicia has built something rare—a place where Black women feel seen, creatives feel inspired, and the work feels elevated. Her studio is not just beautiful, it’s intentional.”
Anderson brings nearly a decade of photography experience to the venture, having built a following under @feliciavphoto for her work capturing destination weddings, maternity sessions, and personal brand photography. Her transition from photographer to property investor to studio founder reflects a deliberate strategy to address gaps in creative infrastructure.
“It’s more than a studio—it’s a visual experience. I created what I wished existed when I was building my portfolio,” Anderson shares.
The success of Luxury Point Studio has inspired other entrepreneurs in Jacksonville to develop similar creative spaces, contributing to the growth of the city’s creative economy. As production companies continue to seek versatile, aesthetically refined spaces outside traditional media hubs, Jacksonville’s first all-white modern studio stands as both a local resource and a model for creative entrepreneurship.
