Lindsay Katherine LLC has been recognized as the Top Crisis Readiness & Leadership Training Company on the South Shore for 2025, marking a significant achievement for the woman-owned business that helps people and organizations find clarity in chaos.
Founded by emergency nurse and public health and emergency management leader Lindsay Wright, BSN, RN, the company delivers high-quality CPR, First Aid, Stop the Bleed, and crisis preparedness training across the South Shore and beyond. What distinguishes the company is its unique approach—training through the lens of empathy, real-world experience, and calm-under-pressure leadership.
Wright brings years of frontline emergency care, municipal leadership, and public health expertise to create training experiences that go far beyond textbook learning. Each course emphasizes muscle memory, confidence, and the ability to act decisively when it matters most. The company’s philosophy centers on a core belief: preparedness should never be intimidating—it should be empowering.
Among the company’s notable achievements is the launch of the “Clarity in Chaos” resilience training series, which combines medical response, emergency management, and human performance principles to build practical readiness through repetition and confidence. This approach teaches skills that save lives while helping participants stay calm, think clearly, and lead when everything feels chaotic.
Wright also built and led the first in-house public health nursing and emergency management program for the Town of Abington, transforming a contracted service into a fully functional municipal department. She developed the Home Vaccination Program in partnership with the Abington Fire Department to provide equitable vaccine access to homebound residents, recognized regionally as an innovative model of municipal collaboration.
In addition to lifesaving skills courses, Lindsay Katherine LLC provides emergency management consulting, staff development programs, and resilience training—helping businesses, schools, and municipalities strengthen their response plans and empower their teams to stay calm, capable, and connected under stress.
The company serves municipalities, public agencies, schools, youth organizations, small businesses, healthcare professionals, and community members who want to feel empowered to protect themselves and others. Wright holds numerous clinical and safety certifications including CEN, TNCC, PALS, ACLS, ENPC, ALICE, and Stop the Bleed, along with advanced FEMA, MEMA, and TEEX emergency management training.
Looking ahead, Lindsay Katherine LLC plans to grow into a dedicated training and resilience center on the South Shore—a professional yet inviting space where people come to learn crisis preparedness skills and build confidence. The company aims to expand its offerings to include leadership and resilience workshops, develop instructor certification pathways, and create youth training programs. Within three years, the goal is to be recognized as a regional leader in emergency readiness and resilience education, known for its authentic teaching style and ability to turn anxiety into action.
