The pristine beaches of Grace Bay will soon welcome a new culinary experience as Miami-based Chef Adrianne Calvo establishes an exclusive residency at Grace Bay Resorts. The award-winning restaurateur behind Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar will transport her signature Maximum Flavor approach to the luxury Caribbean destination this summer.
The residency marks a significant move for Calvo, whose Miami establishment has earned recognition from Thrillist as one of the city’s eight most innovative restaurants and secured a spot on their list of 17 most important Miami dining destinations. Her accolades include the Floridian Culinary Award for Best Chef, eight Miami New Times awards for Best Restaurant and Best Chef, and three Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence.
“I am beyond excited to bring the Maximum Flavor Experience to Turks and Caicos and to be part of such an amazing resort,” said Chef Adrianne Calvo. “This residency is really about celebrating life… the best parts of it. I look forward to creating unforgettable dining in this stunning paradise.”
The Grace Bay Resorts residency will feature nightly curated menus showcasing dishes from the acclaimed Miami restaurant, along with a distinctive Sunday brunch experience aboard the Princess Grace, the resort’s new catamaran yacht. The programming includes personalized chef-led experiences designed to immerse guests in Calvo’s culinary philosophy against the backdrop of Turks and Caicos’ turquoise waters.
Calvo’s reach extends well beyond the kitchen, with over 1.2 million social media followers and a diverse portfolio that includes cookbooks, an Emmy-nominated YouTube travel show called “Searching for Maximum Flavor,” and a Telly award winning podcast. Her television appearances span major networks including The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, The Talk, CNN, and Food Network programs Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.
The chef’s popularity on the national food delivery platform Goldbelly has given fans access to her creations beyond her restaurant walls. Her philanthropic work includes founding the Make It Count Foundation, a nonprofit organization established in memory of her late sister Jennifer.
Grace Bay Resorts, known for its collection of luxury properties and branded residences on Providenciales island, selected the Miami culinary destination to enhance its dining offerings. The partnership brings together the resort’s beachfront luxury with Calvo’s contemporary New American cuisine, creating a new dining option for both resort guests and local residents.
The residency represents a natural evolution for a restaurant that Zagat named among America’s 10 Totally Unique Restaurants and recognized as one of the Top 6 Restaurants Worth a Drive. As the summer season approaches, the collaboration promises to blend Miami’s vibrant culinary scene with the Caribbean’s relaxed luxury atmosphere.
