In January 2026, a new kind of financial services firm opened its virtual doors. Tact Force Financial, a veteran-led agency powered by Global Financial Impact, started with a straightforward premise: financial literacy should come before product sales, and ownership should be accessible to more than just the wealthy.
The agency’s founding team brought 15 years of U.S. Army leadership experience, including deployment to the Middle East and nine consecutive years of excellence in Army Recruiting. That military discipline now shapes how the firm approaches both client education and agent development.
Two Doors, One Mission
Tact Force Financial operates with a dual model that separates it from traditional financial firms. The first door is for families and working professionals—particularly military members, immigrants, and those underserved by conventional financial institutions—who want education-focused financial planning and wealth-building strategies. The second door is for driven professionals who want to build their own 1099 financial services business without an income ceiling.
The distinction matters. While many financial services firms focus exclusively on client acquisition, this model allows clients to become partners if they choose. It’s an access and ownership structure designed to create both financial literacy and financial entrepreneurs.

From Virtual to Physical
In March, the agency will open its first physical location in Union Plaza, Minneapolis. The office represents a strategic expansion into underserved communities, offering not just financial products but a path to economic empowerment for veterans and first-generation entrepreneurs.
The team has grown to 15 agents—all veterans and minorities—since launching two months ago. By December 2026, they’re aiming for 150. The rapid expansion plan is backed by systems and leadership development principles borrowed from military recruiting excellence and Lean Six Sigma process optimization.
What differentiates the firm’s approach is its education-first methodology. Before recommending solutions, agents prioritize financial literacy and transparent planning. The culture emphasizes military-level accountability and mentorship over transactional sales.

National Expansion Plans
Minneapolis is the testing ground for a larger vision. Long-term plans include expansion into Texas, Florida, the DMV region, California, and Puerto Rico. The goal isn’t just geographic coverage—it’s building a nationally recognized organization focused on generational wealth in communities where ownership opportunities have been historically limited.
The firm operates as part of Global Financial Impact’s Armed Forces Division, connecting to a broader platform with ambitious goals: empowering 100 million families toward financial independence and creating what it calls the largest leadership movement in the financial services industry.
For the founding team, the mission goes beyond growth metrics. It’s about creating pathways where talent meets opportunity. While proudly veteran-built, the agency is equally committed to expanding opportunities for minorities and immigrant families who want ownership over their financial futures—whether as educated clients or as business partners building their own practices.
